Malaysia Boleh?
Paper Airplane are as much a science as it is an art.
A good aerodynamic design will stay in the air longer, and glide further than a poor aerodynamic design.
The paper airplane constructed will be evaluated on its ability stay aloft a long time 
(time of flight).
 
In a nutshell 
It is to promote, test and instill knowledge of Creative Innovation,Engineering, Aerodynamics and Origami. 
The judging is based on the longest duration, 
Targeted nationwide:
Schools, Colleges, Enthusiasts,
Special Interest Groups & Public to build and fly.



Red Bull organizes an annual international Contest in Salzburg, Austria
Over 250 contestants from 83 countries took part and over 37,000 competitors Worldwide took part in 613 competitions to qualify for Salzburg
Nationwide for Schools,Colleges,Universities,Enthusiasts Special Interest Groups & Public to Design, Build and Fly

It sounds very simple but there is an art in folding the paper so that it will stay in the air.
It is also a science and it is reported that flying a paper airplane for 20 seconds in the air is considered exceptional, 25 seconds is "world-class". 30 seconds?
One can only dream about doing it

Primary school – 2 prizes – winner & runner-up
Finalists – x3 categories = x 24 (does not include prize winners)
Certificate of participation for all contestant
Entry Fee
Adult Category – RM5.00 per entry
Schools – RM3.00 per entry
Multiple entries are permitted
